Who Wins The Ad Blocker War?

More websites are no blocking access from any browser that has an ad blocker installed.

Have you noticed more websites are blocking access until you turn off your ad blocker?

Are there sites that you no longer visit because it’s just not worth turning it off?

Have you ever seen how many trackers and cookies the site uses if you do?

The very popular site The DailyMail went too far. It was bad enough that they would play that annoying video in the bottom right with EVERY page you visited. There was no way to block it and you had to X it out with EVERY page visit.

Now they have gone to completely blocking their site unless you turn off your ad blocker.

If you do turn off your ad blocker, they inundate you with tons of trackers and cookies. No thanks.

If celebrities can get paid for their selfie pics on Instagram, I am sure the DailyMail can figure out how to monetize the endless bikini pics of Kim Kardashian (and every other celebrity) they post.

How do you visit a site like this without getting trackers on your device or browser?

I use TraceFree, the ONLY remote browser

I can visit any site using a very powerful server in the cloud. The DailyMail (and EVERY site) see the location of the server (not my real location) and places trackers on THAT computer, not mine.

So if the DailyMail places ads that aren’t relevant to me, and canot track me when I leave their site, who won? I DID. I got to see all of their content without paying or giving up any of my personal info.
